Account fees and refunds
- Searching your agents' record: US$0.05 a search.
- Finding who authorised a change, with a signed certificate: US$0.50, or US$0.05 when the Court cannot settle on one session.
- Seats, for a company: US$8.00 a seat a month, from the balance.
- Unspent crypto deposits can be refunded on request, less US$2.50.
These prices and refund terms are the Court's terms for accounts until a practice direction on accounts is published under clause 8.6; the instruments are frozen until 19 October 2026, so none is published before then.
