Read this before you buy
- A private tribunal. Its decisions are expert determinations, binding because both sides agreed in advance; not arbitral awards. The enrolment agreement is governed by the law of Singapore.
- The judges are AI systems, applying published Rules the same way every time. A person administers the Court as Registrar.
- The Court takes no stake. It collects none of what its orders say is owed; an order nobody pays stays on the record.
- Practice cases on the register are labelled as such.
