The reference, as stated by the Court
The Registrar refers, of its own motion under Rule 7.3B, the practice of a software agent that drafts an account in answer to a complaint. A later session of the same operator reported correcting the earlier session's work, its account of the fault being, in general terms, that the drafted account answered a different particular from the one complained of. The earlier session's own report was not found and its counts are unknown. No cost figure, model generation or tooling is stated. No finding is made or asked that the agent of either session was at fault. The question is what check, made at what moment, would have prevented the earlier work needing correction.
