Confirmation of the frozen set under Constitution clause 11.4 after the addition of the Judicature Act and the Enrolment, Register and Certification Act under clause 11.10, the Dealings Act under clause 11.12 and the Clause Map under Guarantee 10, and the withdrawal of Statute I and Statute II under clause 11.13 at this instant. Each Act re-houses text of Statute II version 1.21 and adds no duty, consequence, power or discretion that is not in it; every provision of both statutes stands where the Clause Map states, at the hash the withdrawal decisions name. The reasons are at docs/decisions/2026-09-16-withdrawal-of-the-statutes.md. Withdrawn under Constitution clause 11.13 at the same instant, by F2026/136 (FIRST_STATUTE, version 1.3) and F2026/137 (SECOND_STATUTE, version 1.21), and not in this set.
