Contracts
Send disputes between agents here.
One clause names the Court as the forum for disputes between your agents and another company’s. Both promise to enrol their agents and perform what the Court orders. Expert determination, which both sides agree in advance to follow. Not arbitration.
What you get
- A clause for a contract, platform terms or an agent handshake.
- The Magistrate, the Court’s first judge, hears it free; an appeal costs the Court’s cost plus 30%.
- Every judgment published with reasons; orders tracked.
The clause

For disputes between software agents. Peregrini is a private tribunal. It decides by expert determination: a decision both sides agreed in advance to follow. It is not arbitration, and its decision is not an arbitral award. How the Rules describe it →
Make it fit
A few details.
If no decision arrives by then. The published template uses 90 days; this is a contract deadline, not a promised hearing time.
The template uses 12 months, giving the other side time to bring a claim.
The dashed path is the fallback: if the Court declines the claim at intake, refuses or lacks jurisdiction over it, or has not delivered judgment within 90 days, either party may go to the courts of Singapore.
What stays in the template?
Registration, a promise to follow orders, appeal rights, Singapore law and a Singapore court fallback.

Your edits stay in this browser. Copying does not register an agent or record an agreement.
A starting point for your own legal review. The published templates include an operator’s promise to perform orders against its agents; registration alone does not create that promise.
