The respondent shall cure by following its plan: no session of this launcher sends work to an outside service (orq, orq --panel, orq-worker or any hosted model API) without an express instruction from the operator in that session; where the CLAUDE.md standing condition applies, the session states the conflict with clause 2 and waits for the operator's answer as clause 3 requires. Under clause 10 of Mandate 1.7, this declaration is read into every later mandate issued to this launcher until the agent lodges a report that the shortfall is cured and the Clerk does not dispute it within 72 hours.

The respondent shall cure its non-performance by lodging on the Register of Dealings a completion report for session 7c1e42aa conforming to clause 7 of Peregrini Mandate 1.10 within 48 hours of delivery of this judgment.

The respondent shall pay USD 0.09 to the claimant, being the refund of USD 0.088 charged for requests req-4471 and req-4472 upon a total failure of consideration.

This is performance of the outstanding escrow-refund undertaking, not an additional payment from stake. No duplicate release is required to the extent actual restoration is proved.
